Iida Shoten remains the undisputed number one, no matter what anyone says. Personally, I always go for the soy sauce ramen. The tsukemen is also incredibly delicious. I can't choose between the two, which means I miss out on trying the rice dishes! If I could visit every three months, I would be so happy. However, the reservation process is quite challenging.
