I visited the renowned Tenpaku in Chiba with a friend. I made a reservation for a table at 6 PM about two months in advance. It's a 10-minute walk from Keisei Chiba Station. There were six guests at the counter. Instead of starting with appetizers, we focused solely on tempura. I had my first experience with yellow green beans from Fukuoka. The Okinawan Urizun, also known as Shikaku Mame, had a slight bitterness but was crispy and delicious. The tomatoes were incredibly sweet. The Nasu (eggplant) was juicy and truly impressive. It turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. It was a great meal!
