Nihonbashi Sonoji, which relocated from Shizuoka about 10 years ago, quickly became a popular restaurant. Having already established its reputation, it seems they are aiming for the next level next year. On this day, the fried fish and asparagus were exceptional. Of course, I enjoyed both the cold and warm soba as the perfect finish. Eating tempura in such a unique atmosphere adds to the experience—this is truly what Nihonbashi Sonoji is all about. I believe enjoying tempura about once every three months is just right. It was delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
