I had lunch at Kaika Tei in Takami-cho, Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture. This is my first visit to this renowned Chinese restaurant that Gifu takes pride in. The lunch course is quite reasonably priced. For the finishing touch, you can choose between tantanmen or fried rice, and I decided to enjoy both. It was a wonderful meal. I heard they have received one Michelin star!
