On a Sunday evening, I managed to make a reservation for Friday, so I took a day off and visited Iida Shoten with my wife. This was my second time, while it was my wife's first visit.This time, I challenged myself to a double serving, and thanks to my wife's support, I was able to finish it all. I feel like I could have done it on my own if we hadn't ordered the meat rice...Both the soy sauce and salt ramen were delicious, but my wife and I preferred the soy sauce version. Next time, I want to try the Tsukemen.The taste is excellent, but I also feel that the owner's dedication to their craft is evident. The kitchen was clean and well-maintained, and the warm greetings were wonderful.I look forward to making another reservation and visiting again.It was a great meal!
