This was my 15th visit to Restaurant Naz, including before its relocation. Since moving in June 2025, the dishes and ambiance have become even more refined, and I believe this is one of the reasons why this place is so beloved.During my last visit in April, I shared my thoughts with the chef about the non-alcoholic pairing for the specialty salmon. The fruits used for the non-alcoholic pairing change depending on the timing of the visit, but to my surprise, the chef remembered my preference (which is quite unusual for him, haha), and this time it was raspberry, my favorite!!! Moreover, the chef cheerfully said, "Today, I really went for it!" (So, you weren't going for it before? Haha)Indeed, today’s raspberry drink was the most delicious I’ve ever had, and I was truly impressed. I would be thrilled if all the drinks could be as refined next time! HahaThank you for another delicious and enjoyable time. I’m looking forward to the autumn course. It was a great meal!
