The long-awaited shrimp sushi at Sushi Ikkou was absolutely amazing! I had almost given up hope of trying it since June was approaching, but I saw on Chef Kudo's Instagram story the night before my visit that it would be available until June 7th. I was so excited that I couldn't sleep! I arrived 15 minutes early and waited at the lovely waiting bar before being seated. The incredible preparation of the shrimp is something you won't find anywhere else! Once you try it, you'll be hooked! It was simply outstanding! Watching Chef Kudo skillfully prepare sushi was mesmerizing, and the additional Kinmedai was also fantastic and left me in bliss. I can't wait to go back soon!
