This is my 18th or 19th visit!As always, it’s incredibly delicious.It’s the season for tasty sea urchin.Both the purple and the bafun sea urchin from Yoichi were quite delicious.The liver sauce from the black abalone in Shimane had a different flavor profile compared to the Ezo abalone.And my favorite, the chips, are back in season.They are just as delicious as ever.I might even prefer the shrimp here the most; perhaps it’s because they are slightly undercooked.The tuna is still as delicious as always.I will definitely come back!
