It was a series of skewers that showcased how different the expressions can be even within the same chicken breed, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship.Especially with Horohoro chicken, Hinai chicken, and Nagoya Cochin, each unique characteristic was well represented, and the cooking was flawless. The satisfaction level of each skewer, including the aroma, juiciness, and lingering taste, was extremely high. One of my personal highlights was the soup.Despite being a yakitori restaurant, the quality of these side dishes added depth to the overall course experience. The soboro rice bowl and ramen at the end were also delicious, leaving me completely satisfied until the very last bite.It was a wonderful time that reaffirmed the restaurant's prowess as a renowned yakitori establishment.
