The outside skirt may not always be available depending on the day, but I’ve been able to enjoy it every time so far. However, at JPY 6,000 per serving, it’s quite a price! Considering the seasoning and meat quality, it feels like you can only get this flavor here!I held off on the Jimon Mori this time. I always end up not finishing it and feel bad about taking leftovers home.For our family of four, the amount we ordered this time felt just right, but maybe a bit too much. Next time, it might be better to skip the Yukke and Loin for us…The egg soup is delicious, and I order it every time, but the Tegutan soup was a first! It was less spicy than I expected and very tasty! I think I’ll be ordering that from now on!If you’re going to order the Jimon Mori, I think two servings of beef tongue, along with one serving each of outside skirt and mountain chain tripe, would be just enough to enjoy the Jimon Mori for my family!
