I had the opportunity to visit Gifu for a business trip, and I wanted to check out some delicious local restaurants! I did some research a couple of days ago. It was a weekend lunch, and since it was quite empty, I made a reservation to visit.There was an affordable lunch course available, but I decided to go for the dinner course (JPY 13,200) since I was there.I was blown away right from the amuse-bouche. The scallop and sea urchin broth was overflowing with flavor—it was incredibly delicious! I immediately regretted not opting for the higher course (JPY 16,500?).Everything was just too delicious. If I ever have the chance to visit Gifu again, I would definitely want to come back!This restaurant, run by a family whose father and siblings own a famous establishment in Tokyo, is a must-visit if you find yourself in Gifu! Highly recommended!
