Perhaps it was a new menu item.I tried a dish I had never had before.It was a tartare made with Sanda beef served on a baguette.The sauce had a unique flavor that I had never tasted before, and it was incredibly delicious.Additionally, the crab risotto at Gourmandise is a supreme delicacy.The atmosphere of the restaurant is always fantastic.
