I made a reservation for OMAKASE at 6 PM on a weekday.Shizuoka truly has a wealth of excellent restaurants.I started with a local beer and enjoyed a variety of summer ingredients.The fish was plentiful, and the cooking technique was outstanding.Unfortunately, they don’t grill it right in front of you, but you can immediately taste the excellence of the cooking as soon as it enters your mouth.It felt like I was being taught the best way to enjoy fish.I finished around 8:30 PM, and it’s impressive that this experience was under JPY 30,000.I definitely want to visit again.
