It had been about a year since my last visit to Canton Ryori Sense. The weather was beautiful that day, and the view from the 37th floor was outstanding. I enjoyed the weekend-only dim sum order buffet. First, you choose your favorite from three types of soup. I opted for the Cantonese-style chawanmushi, which paired perfectly with the flavor of seaweed and the rich broth. Next, three types of premium dumplings were served, and they were all delicious. After that, you can order whatever you like, including noodles and rice dishes in addition to dim sum. It might be a good idea to order a variety of items and then reorder your favorites. Everything is already seasoned, so you don’t need soy sauce or other condiments, but the XO sauce they provide is incredibly tasty and my favorite. Finally, you can order one dessert at a time, and these were also authentic and very delicious. They allow preschool children to accompany you, making it a versatile place for various occasions. It was a great meal!
