From the very first dish, I could tell that a variety of carefully selected ingredients were used, each with its own distinct flavor, yet they all came together harmoniously.While there are many restaurants that somewhat blend Japanese and French cuisine, the presentation and use of ingredients here were particularly outstanding.I must say, it was my first time enjoying so much caviar at once, and I was truly impressed by the sobakaki (buckwheat dumpling) made with caviar.The staff were very friendly and engaging, and the chef personally came over to greet us, which added a warm touch to the experience.Every dish, including the final dessert, was delicious.I want to eat here again.I must visit Nabeno-Ism before it closes!
