It's easy to assume a place is delicious when it's hard to get a reservation. However, my impression is that it’s not as exceptional as expected. The next available reservation is next year... sigh. The taste is of salt-seasoned yakitori, and I don't feel a significant difference. A place I often visit scores 85 points, while this one is around 87 points—just a slight difference. If it were free, I would be thrilled.
