When I visited, the indoor atmosphere felt a bit stuffy. It was somewhat hot, and I was informed that the air conditioning wasn't working well. The dishes served were of high quality and flowed seamlessly, but both the food and flavors were quite rich, leaving no moments of respite. Personally, I wished for a bit more contrast in the flavors. At payment, I noticed a service charge of over JPY 7000, but given the heat, I wondered if the service could truly be considered perfect. I believe a spirit of cherishing each encounter is necessary.
