It was quite difficult to make a reservation at Nakanaka, but I was lucky enough to secure one.This was my first visit, and I felt a bit nervous as I wasn't familiar with the restaurant's rules.I was glad to finally go, as I had been interested in it for a while. The head chef was very pleasant, and the staff were well-trained, which was impressive.As for the food, perhaps due to my hangover, I found the overall flavors a bit mild.I could tell they used high-quality ingredients, so I wish it had been a little more to my taste.With such great ingredients, a little extra effort or creativity could have made it truly remarkable.If I have the chance, I would love to visit again.I forgot to take photos, so I don't have pictures of all the dishes.
