I visited the reservation-challenging restaurant "NK" in Kagurazaka.I've been coming here since it opened, and this was my approximately 30th visit. It's one of my favorite spots in the Ishikawa group.The quality of the dishes remains consistently high, and I always have a great time. The restaurant offers a free-spirited approach that transcends traditional Japanese cuisine, resulting in many memorable dishes.Additionally, despite being a high-class establishment, the relaxed atmosphere is a major draw. I believe the overall experience, including the ambiance, contributes significantly to the satisfaction.Prices have been rising year by year, and currently, a course with pairing costs around JPY 70,000 per person.
