Today, I ventured to Shizuoka at the invitation of my gourmet mentor.This is my second visit to Japanese Cuisine Fuji. Since they do not accept new customers, it’s essentially a reservation-only restaurant.They delight guests with seasonal vegetables from June and rare, fresh ingredients sourced from the local Yaizu fishing port.The dishes are prepared with delicate techniques that enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients. Even the chef's movements are graceful, adding to the overall deliciousness.Each dish is truly moving and unforgettable. I would love to visit again, but it’s unfortunate that a person like me can’t easily make a reservation here! It was a great meal. I look forward to experiencing new delights whenever I have the chance!
