This is the independent restaurant of the chef I've been following since my sushi enthusiast days. As always, the food is delicious and full of surprises with unique textures and flavors I've never experienced before. However, there are now some rules in place: photography is allowed only for the sushi, and during the chef's explanations of the dishes, we must stop talking and listen attentively. It adds a certain tension to the dining experience!
