Everything was delicious, but the meat, which was aged red meat, was incredibly tender and packed with flavor.The soup was surprisingly flavorful without any seasoning like salt, relying solely on the dashi, which was truly impressive.To top it off, we received brownies from their affiliated bakery as a takeaway treat.
