The year and a half wait was quite long! I decided to bring Butter Butler as a gift. I'm glad it was the perfect season for delicious horse mackerel. Everything was tasty, and I loved the firmness of the sushi and the balance of the vinegar... I might have overindulged in the Junmai Daiginjo sake, which wasn't the best value... It seems the head chef will be changing in October, so I'm looking forward to what’s next!
