I was able to secure a reservation for this once-a-year opportunity, and I finally visited. I was so excited! I enjoyed wine and Japanese sake paired with the meal. All the dishes were served at once. The explanations, arrangements, presentation, tableware, and creativity were all impressive. The time flew by. I had requested a smaller portion in advance, so I was able to finish everything without leaving any behind. The chef looked like he was having a great time preparing the dishes. If I can make another reservation, I will definitely come back!
