I had been looking forward to dining at this Michelin one-star restaurant, which is known for being hard to book. The chef has honed his skills at "Hiramatsu," and the cuisine is based on classic French techniques while naturally incorporating modern elements. Throughout the course, each dish showcased a high level of perfection, with meticulous attention to the combination of ingredients, cooking methods, and sauces. Rather than relying on flashy presentations, the restaurant satisfied diners with the quality of the food itself. Additionally, the layout centered around the counter allowed for a close interaction with the chef, whose friendly demeanor left a lasting impression. Despite being a high-end French restaurant, it maintained a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy the meal. The balance of food, service, and ambiance was excellent, and even as a first-time visitor, I genuinely felt I wanted to return. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone considering French cuisine. -------------------- Thank you for always reading my reviews. I would be very grateful for your "likes," "follows," and "saving the restaurant." Camera: RICHO GRⅢx Instagram: xxtaimuxx *Feel free to follow me on Instagram as well.
