This was my second visit, and this time for dinner. I had a wonderful time discussing the menu with President Ito.The first dish was ravioli with a chestnut sauce, and the sauce was incredibly delicious!I chose grilled lobster with a rich Americane sauce. The sauce was fantastic, and there was plenty of lobster, which left me very satisfied.Unfortunately, the foie gras flan didn’t quite suit my palate. For the meat course, I had sautéed Wagyu beef. The Perigueux sauce was delightful, making for a blissful experience. The main dessert was a new creation featuring rhubarb compote, which was also delicious. The cake from the dessert cart was consistently tasty.Once again, I left feeling very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the specialty dish, Maria Callas.
