I was invited by a friend to visit this restaurant. It is well-known for being hard to get a reservation, so I was excited for this day. Some types of meat were only available for the first order, so I asked for recommendations from the AI and created a satisfying set. There were also items not listed on the menu, and on the day of my visit, they had Outside Skirt, which I ordered immediately. We were a group of four, and since the portions are quite generous, it might be better to come with around four people if you want to try a variety of dishes. I enjoyed a barley shochu named after the restaurant. You can also request lemon slices, which I recommend for making a refreshing lemon sour. I would love to visit again if I get the chance.
