It was a Sunday when I arrived around 8:20 AM, and there was already one group ahead of me. Shortly after, a line formed behind me.The warm atmosphere was evident even before entering, as the owner’s wife, who had come by bicycle, kindly thanked us for arriving so early.I was seated around 11:10 AM and placed my order in turn. On that day, everything except seafood was available, so I ordered the curry and toppings I had decided on in advance.After a short wait, my long-awaited curry arrived.✔️ Beef Tongue Curry - JPY 3,800 + Seasonal Vegetables - JPY 800 ✔️ Wagyu Beef Java Curry - JPY 2,900 + Seasonal Vegetables - JPY 800 + Cheese - JPY 500 The first thing that caught my eye was the generous serving of seasonal vegetables, colorful and visually appealing.The beef tongue was incredibly thick and so tender that it could be easily shredded with a spoon. As I placed it on the rice and broke it apart bit by bit, the tender tongue blended beautifully with the curry, making it absolutely delicious.This might be the most tender beef tongue I’ve ever had.I added cheese to the Wagyu Beef Java Curry.The curry had a strong flavor of spices and heat, and the melted cheese enveloped the spiciness, creating a wonderfully balanced dish. This combination was also spot on.Additionally, the seasonal vegetables I topped with were quite impressive.There were various vegetables included, and surprisingly, even Shine Muscat grapes! I was quite astonished by the combination of curry and Shine Muscat (laughs).The variety of vegetables significantly enhanced the satisfaction of the dish. For those who arrive early, I highly recommend adding the seasonal vegetables.While the food was excellent, what left a lasting impression was the warm atmosphere of the restaurant.As I left, both the owner’s wife and the chef thanked me, which left me feeling very touched.This place is attractive not only for its flavors but also for its service and ambiance. It’s no wonder it has remained popular for so many years.I enjoyed the Beef Tongue Curry and Wagyu Beef Java Curry this time, but I look forward to trying other menu items on my next visit.It was a great meal!
