On the third day of my trip to Hokkaido, after indulging in seafood, I decided to go for French cuisine on the last day.Wow, this place is delicious!!For the meat, I usually go for Tokachi beef, but I heard they had some excellent lamb, so I chose that instead.It was incredibly tasty, with perfect cooking and an amazing depth of flavor when you bit into it.The wine pairing complemented the dishes beautifully and was delightful.I definitely want to visit this restaurant again!
