The omakase course starts with a blank menu.Everything was truly delicious.Of course, the specialties like the bavarois and ice cream were amazing,but I was particularly impressed by the fish dishes, which the chef personally cooked.I believe the perfect timing of serving was due to the excellent coordination between the service and the kitchen.It was an impeccable experience.I requested the pairing and dessert wine, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable.I definitely want to visit again.
