Nestled within the vast forest of Hoshino Resort Breston Court, this restaurant features a large tarp set up in the woods, where guests can enjoy an amuse-bouche before heading inside. Although it was chilly outside due to the rain, the tables were equipped with heated kotatsu, providing a delightful warmth. The course menu allows for customization by combining the basic offerings with additional options. The dishes are crafted using local ingredients from the Karuizawa area, bringing both interest and surprise. The chef's skills are top-notch, and the level of service is truly remarkable. While the overall satisfaction is exceptional, it is a bit disappointing that the dessert consists of just one item and only two pieces of tea sweets.
