I visited "aca," often regarded as the pinnacle of Spanish cuisine, with three friends this time.Given its reputation as a difficult-to-book restaurant, my expectations were quite high.Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing the quality of the ingredients while also delivering the bold flavors characteristic of Spanish cuisine. The overall execution was impressive, allowing us to enjoy refined Spanish dishes.We ordered one bottle of white wine and one of red for the four of us. Spanish cuisine pairs wonderfully with wine, making it a delight to savor the meal at a leisurely pace.The highly anticipated dish was the crab paella.The flavor of the crab was prominent and delicious, but personally, I felt it was more of a straightforward deliciousness rather than something that left me profoundly moved.Considering the restaurant's stellar reputation and its status as a sought-after establishment, I might have raised my expectations too high.That said, there’s no doubt about the high quality of the food, ingredients, and ambiance, making it a perfect spot for enjoying Spanish cuisine and wine on a special occasion.I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, so I’m glad I finally had the chance.
