I visited the dim sum order buffet at Canton Ryori Sense in the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. I had been curious about it for a while, but I kept going for afternoon tea instead, so I finally made it here.First, we were served soup, followed by three types of premium steamed dumplings, and then the dim sum we ordered arrived. The pace at which the dim sum was served was a bit slow, so for big eaters, 90 minutes might not be enough. The shrimp wonton soup noodles and the sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves were particularly delicious. For dessert, the mango pudding was also fantastic, packed with plenty of mango.
