After a long time, I managed to secure a reservation amidst high competition—yay!I still lack the vocabulary to fully express the deliciousness, so I’ll jot down a few notes.I visited at 1:00 PM and had:Salt Ramen with Wontons,Salt Tsukemen (with less noodles),Dashi-Wari (Niboshi).Every time, it’s truly an unforgettable experience, and this time was no exception—it was absolutely amazing.I tried the soy sauce ramen last time, but I found myself returning to the salt flavor again, and once more, it was all about the salt (^_^;)The Salt Ramen was incredibly delicious, and the wontons were top-notch.The black noodles of the Salt Tsukemen were just incredible.Each time, they evolve, bringing a depth of flavor, with the wheat's umami hitting you later on.The white noodles were chewy and delightfully slippery.Even just with sudachi and salt, it was delicious enough that I hardly used the dipping sauce (laughs).The sesame tofu was different this time, but it was smooth and creamy—definitely leveled up!The noodles in the dashi-wari were also exquisite.Thank you for another moving experience!It was a great meal!
