The signature dish here, the tongue, is absolutely delicious. The texture and seasoning are divine—what's in this? The yukhoe is not only incredibly tasty but also very generous in portion. The salted horumon was also of high quality. While the other sauces and cuts of meat were good, they don't quite match up to the famous places in the west, and considering the price, there's no need to order them. The basil mino seems to be a hidden specialty, but I don't feel the need to order it again. Next time, I want to fill the table with tongue, yukhoe, and salted cuts of meat and horumon.
