For our second wedding anniversary, we had an early dinner. The Peking Duck, which is one of their specialties, was crispy and absolutely fantastic! I might have even wanted to order another one. Overall, the dishes were seasoned to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients, making them easy to enjoy. The crab and karasumi (dried mullet roe) fried rice had a flavor that paired perfectly with Shaoxing wine, and since we chose the second highest course, it was filled with luxurious ingredients. Next time, I think it would be nice to try the a la carte menu and pick my favorites. The restaurant is also easy to make reservations at, so it seems like it will become a regular spot for us.
