I had the pleasure of dining here thanks to a friend's kind invitation. As I passed through the noren (fabric curtain), I was greeted by the gentle flow of the Asano River. Even the journey to this place felt like the beginning of a culinary experience, leading to a breathtaking view that represents the essence and pinnacle of Japanese cuisine.Without any gimmicks, the dish was a pure expression of the ingredients and the season, stripped down to its essence. Its innocent flavor resembled a refined tranquility, exuding an overwhelming presence without being ostentatious—a divine realm. It felt like I was shown a clear view that only those who stand at the mountain's peak can witness.I look forward to returning again.
