The broth was a harmonious blend of chicken, pork, and kombu kelp, resulting in a complex yet well-balanced taste. The homemade noodles, made fresh every morning, had a delightful wheat flavor that paired excellently with the broth. The toppings, including chashu and wontons, were crafted with care, contributing to a high level of overall quality in the dish.I could truly appreciate why this place receives such high praise. Although reservations are required, I felt it was well worth the visit. For those interested in ramen, this renowned shop is definitely a must-try.
