A night in heaven with Chinese cuisine."Sazenka is notoriously difficult to book, but I finally managed to visit.From the moment I stepped into the tranquil space surrounded by bamboo, I felt transported to another world. When it comes to the dishes, it seems almost unnecessary to write detailed descriptions.Mapo tofu, Ise lobster, fish, char siu... Each dish, while fitting within the realm of Chinese cuisine, is astonishingly delicate and beautiful, yet packed with flavor. One dish, adorned with a generous amount of chili peppers, is particularly striking. It delights the eyes, nose, and palate.The presentation of the Ise lobster, shown to us in its live form, was impressive. And the glossy char siu, grilled over charcoal, makes me crave it just by looking at the photos.While there are many high-end Chinese restaurants, Sazenka creates a complete experience that encompasses not just the food, but also the ambiance, tableware, service, and presentation.I lost count of how many times I said "delicious."It’s no surprise that reservations are so hard to come by.No further explanation is needed.Just look at the photos (laughs). It was the best. A night that felt like heaven.
