I casually dropped by this place the other day. Finally, I made a reservation a bit later than usual. As summer was coming to an end, the potential of the chicken really stood out, making for a wonderful course.Rather than highlighting any specific dish, everything was excellent. If I had to mention one thing, it was the chef's bold decision to avoid using spices in the final curry, despite clearly having a fondness for spice and international cuisine. While allowing the strong flavors of the chicken at this time to shine, the chef created wonderful dishes that complemented them without overshadowing. This restraint is truly admirable. It was a great meal.
