I enjoyed the following course with red and white wine and espresso.Amuse-bouche Firefly Squid, Snap Peas, Surf Clam Fennel, Ikura Stick Smoked Salmon Hors-d'oeuvre Water Squid, Sea Bream, Mitsuba Yoshi Shrimp, Apple Squid, Rockfish, Saffron Jelly Tuna, New Onion Local Octopus from Oita Prefecture Poisson Threadfin Bream, Udo Viande Veal Dessert Kumquat, Yogurt Strawberry, Coconut, Lime Petits Fours The highlights were the tuna and new onion, as well as the threadfin bream and udo.With about 13 groups and 15-20 staff members, the service was timely and efficient, so there was no waiting.The clientele in this area is different, so I believe many come specifically for this restaurant.They also accommodated my partner's request for smaller portions this time.The only concern I had was that the table layout seemed mismatched with the quality of the food and staff, likely due to the restaurant being a remodeled space from another establishment.However, as long as I can enjoy a delicious meal with my partner, I am satisfied.
