Quintessence, a renowned Japanese French restaurant, is a place that most people are likely familiar with. The atmosphere of this grand maison was a delightful throwback, and Chef Kishida's dishes, which I have long admired, were as beautiful as they are in the dramas. The flavors, aromas, and textures were all exceptional. Since I was seated at a table, I couldn't take photos of the dishes, but it was truly a wonderful experience.
