I ordered the Premium Shio Ramen and the Seared Chashu Rice Bowl. All the assorted chashu were delicious, and the noodles, shio broth, and seasoned egg were all absolutely fantastic. I believe this is the best shio ramen in Tokyo. Next time, I want to try the soy sauce or shio tsukemen.
