I approached this three-star restaurant with a bit of apprehension, but it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience that did not disappoint. The dishes were exceptional, showcasing high levels of skill in ingredient handling, cooking techniques, and sauces. It felt like a complete experience, not just in terms of the food, but also the service and ambiance. This was my first visit since the chef changed, and while I could sense the legacy of SEZANNE, I am very excited to see what new dishes the new chef will bring. It’s already a fantastic restaurant, and I can’t help but anticipate how it will evolve from here. I look forward to returning on a special occasion.
