The original meat kaiseki. If you know a place better than this, please let me know! There are many meat kaiseki restaurants out there, but the level here is several steps above the rest. If you want to experience the real deal, there’s no place other than Tanaka. I hear they’re planning to open in New York next, and I hope they showcase the difference in the level of Japanese culinary culture.
