I visited L'OSIER again for my friend's birthday celebration, just like last year.We enjoyed the JPY 45,000 dinner course, which included:- 4 types of amuse-bouche- Chilled corn soup and corn financier- Akafujis salmon with caviar- Smoked fillet of Akafujis salmon- Poached Akaza shrimp with bamboo charcoal pasta- Pan-fried Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) coated with quinoa- Roasted duck breast and confit of duck thigh- Cheese cart- Dessert 1: Melon (fruit and sorbet)- Dessert 2: 4 types of small cakes- Dessert 3: Choose from about 7 desserts; I had a peach dessert, while my friend chose a Miyazaki mango dessert.- Petit fours cartThe first half of the meal featured refreshing and light dishes, while the second half offered more substantial fare. The desserts were also plentiful.I left feeling completely satisfied. The bread was incredibly delicious. I wished I could have eaten more, but unfortunately, I can't indulge like I used to in my younger days. The olive oil served with the bread is made from olives that are over 1,000 years old, which is quite impressive. From the reservation process to the moment we left, everything was a wonderful experience. It was a fantastic birthday celebration. Thank you very much.Although it's not easy to come here often, since I've visited in summer two years in a row, I would like to try coming during the colder months as well.
