We visited for a course meal and were shown to a private room. However, as soon as we entered, we noticed how loud the voices were echoing, and we were relieved we weren't seated at the counter.The dishes showcased the deliciousness and potential of Tajima beef, and since it was my first time at a meat kaiseki restaurant, I was intrigued. However, the constant lively chatter made it difficult to fully focus on the food, which I understood was just part of the atmosphere.
