This was my fifth visit.The basic lineup remains the same, but the seasonal items change.With each visit, the way the sushi is shaped and the knife skills become more refined and flavorful.This time, I had the incredibly smooth ankimo that defies expectations, and the rare grilled skin of the conger eel.It was absolutely fantastic!
