I visited for the second time after a two-month gap, squeezing in on the same day. Since it was my second visit, I felt relaxed and enjoyed sitting right in front of the chef.As always, the first appetizer, simmered Kinki fish, was exceptional with its sweet sauce perfectly complementing the dish. The sushi overall had a wonderful harmony between the rice and the toppings, with the rice melting in my mouth and releasing sweetness as I chewed. The perfectly deboned sardine was particularly impressive, dissolving in my mouth without any resistance, setting it apart from others.I also ordered some shirasu (whitebait) and Hokkigai (surf clam) small pieces, and the small pieces were large, crunchy, and had a strong sweetness, making them delicious.This time, I was able to chat quite a bit with the chef due to my seating position, which made for a great experience, and I definitely want to come back. Next time, I will make sure to make a reservation.
