This time, I was invited to the popular "Hanare" location! And I was with some regulars! I’m grateful they even prepared some "reserved menu items" that are usually hard to get! The Katsudon, Hamburg Steak, and Beef Soboro Rice Bowl require advance reservations! I just learned about this, but I love the idea of secret menu items! Haha First, I was surprised… This might be the first time in my life I didn’t order Beef Tongue at a yakiniku restaurant! Haha And I didn’t even order Outside Skirt! Yet, I didn’t feel unsatisfied at all! ( °_° ) That’s because the "Heart" was incredibly delicious!! (I revealed the reason first!) "Heart" This was truly delicious! Was Heart this tasty? It must be because it’s from Jumbo! The texture and the umami that intensifies with each bite! Personally, this was the most memorable dish of the day! I wish I had rice to go with it! "Loin" Wow! Divine! The balance of melting fat and the meat's umami is exquisite. It really melts in your mouth! Of course, when you dip it in the sauce and eat it with egg, it’s just heavenly! It’s dangerously tempting to want rice with it! Haha "Top Blade" Incredible tenderness! Again, it’s so melt-in-your-mouth! It’s a continuous melt-in-your-mouth experience!! The way it breaks apart in your mouth is irresistible. "Flap Meat" One of my favorite cuts! ('∇^d) It has fat, but it’s not too heavy, and even someone like me who can’t handle too much fat enjoyed it! And now, the highly anticipated reserved menu! "Katsudon" Look at this pink color! The cross-section is too beautiful! Wait, is this level of quality from a yakiniku restaurant? The meat is tender, and the egg is perfectly runny. I’m glad I saved some rice! "Hamburg Steak" I’m so happy it comes with a fried egg! ❀.(*´▽`*)❀. The deliciousness of the meat, unique to a yakiniku restaurant, is packed in! The sauce is so good and rich that I wanted rice, oh no, I finished it! "Beef Soboro Rice Bowl" With a yolk on top! I’m thrilled that each person gets one! Being able to enjoy both beef soboro and pork at the same time is the best! I poured the leftover egg over the rice and devoured it. You should definitely save some egg! "Omurice with Curry" Omurice and curry are on the regular menu, and what a luxurious finish to have them together! I was completely satisfied! Not only is the yakiniku great, but the level of the finishing dishes is impressive! ✨ I mean, it’s rare to find a yakiniku restaurant that fills you up with a variety of finishing dishes rather than just the meat, right? It’s no wonder it’s popular! If you’re a party of two, it’s still easy to make a reservation! I want to try different reserved menu items next time, so I’ll come back even hungrier!
